To cancel your active subscription for the Planet Insights Platform, go to the Account, My Subscriptions and Products tab. The link takes you to your active subscription, where you can click View order.
Click Revoke subscription and confirm your choice. Your status changes to revoked and the subscription is canceled.
If you cancel, you can access the platform's premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Note: Planet does not offer refunds for canceled plans.
If you have any issues canceling your subscription, log a ticket.
