Planet works to improve PlanetScope image quality, pursuing enhancements that increase the clarity, consistency, and reliability of PlanetScope imagery.
As part of this work, Planet reprocessed the full SuperDove and Dove-R archive — all imagery captured by these satellites before March 1, 2022 — to provide consistency and the best possible band alignment across the archive.
