To change your credit card details, log in to your Planet Insights Platform account page and follow these steps:
- Go to the Invoices tab.
- Click the Details link for your current monthly subscription.
- Select the Change credit card details link in the Order details box.
- Enter the new credit card details (card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVV).
- Confirm by clicking Submit.
- If you entered valid credit card details, a pop-up window appears with a confirmation message.
