We’ve identified that a few customers have unintentionally selected the Basic plan instead of Tropical Forests when renewing their subscriptions. When this happens, access to PlanetScope Mosaics over tropical forests and related features do not carry over.
How to renew correctly
When renewing your subscription, please make sure to:
- Go to Preselected Package and select Tropical Forests (Tropical Forest Observatory) explicitly during the purchase process
- Carefully review your selected plan before completing checkout

Please note that since general availability the Tropical Forest Observatory subscription offers:
- Standardized monthly or annual pricing (US$180/month or US$1800/year)
- Metered 70,000 processing units per month
- New terms and conditions
