What Does"pixel_type" Mean?

When utilizing the Band Math operation, users must specify the pixel type.

The Pixel Type parameter requires an alphanumeric string input to determine the output pixel type. By default, this value is set to "Auto," matching the input file. Depending on the equation or index being calculated, users can also specify "8U" (8-bit unsigned), "16U" (16-bit unsigned), "16S" (16-bit signed), or "32R" (32-bit floating point).

This specification ensures the appropriate pixel type is applied for accurate calculations.
