Yes. Road Detection and Building Detection outputs are available through a WMTS protocol, which works with standard GIS tools such as ArcGIS or QGIS. For details on the WMTS protocol, see the Planet WMTS basemap tile service documentation.
Vessel Detection outputs can be used in standard GIS software by uploading the GeoJSON feature collections returned by the Analytics API.
