This error appears when you try to create a subscription covering an area your plan does not cover:
NoPermission: {"error":{"reason":"Quota issue","details":["insufficient quota"]}}
The system finds no available quota for that area, so it rejects the request.
Which applies to you
Insights Premium, Insights Reserved, Mosaics and Agriculture are bought with defined areas of access. Insights Flex is global roaming and has no defined area. Accounts bought before that change are on the Area Under Management model.
If your plan uses monitoring credits
On packages bought with defined areas of access — Insights Premium, Insights Reserved, Mosaics and Agriculture — you can only order within those areas. A subscription covering an area outside them will not be fulfilled, and returns this error.
Insights Flex is sold as global roaming with no defined area of access, so this restriction does not apply to it.
Check the areas of access on your plan, and either bring the subscription geometry inside them or extend your areas of access.
If your plan uses the Area Under Management model
This error usually appears when you are trying to create a subscription in a region that is not included in your current AUM plan. Since the system does not detect available quota for that area, it prevents the request.
