The requirements for SkySat tasking AOIs are as follows:
- No holes in the polygon
- Only single-part polygons (no multi-part polygons)
- Maximum of 500 vertices per polygon
- Minimum AOI size of 25 km²
- Maximum AOI size of 500 km²
To ingest larger areas of interest, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Planet. Your CSM will collaborate with you to ingest the required data in the Tasking Dashboard.
