Orders API can be used to pull the order information of the quad that was ordered. Using a GET request, the order can be pulled using the following request:
https://api.planet.com/compute/ops/orders/v2?source_type=basemaps
You will need the API key of the user who placed the order. This request will return all orders placed by this user for basemap quads. More information on orders API can be found here.
