why the atmospherically corrected surface reflectance is not in the range 0-1?

Hi,

I am trying to use the `analytic_sr` from `PSScene4Band` to calculate some vegetation indices. However, the values in analytic_sr file are not in the range from 0 to 1.  I am wondering how to convert values into the correct range. I couldn't find the corresponding metadata like the `analytic` data has.

  The values have been scaled by 10,000.
