How can I download normal satellite image?

Hello, I am new to this platform and I have education & research account.  I am trying to download images by ordering them. I notice there are three choices: analytic, visual & basic. I can and I tried to download the analytic and basic images but I realize they are tiff file and need certain processing? I am wondering if the visual option would allow me to download the normal satellite image in the form of jpeg? If so, how can I get the permission/upgrade to get the visual image?

  Hi Chun,

  We do not offer our imagery in JPEG. They are only offered in a .tiff format.
