I Live in Las Vegas, NV and want to analyse foot traffic in a particular area, i.e. how many potential  customers a particular business receives on average per day. Is this software capable of providing that scenario and if so, how do I go about seeing a demo before I purchase?

  Unfortunately for your use case, Planet's satellites are not able (or intended) to monitor people or their movements.
