Activating 14 day trial

I submitted my email address for 14 day activation and even recieved the email for upgrading my account, but I still have AOI images locked. Can someone help me with this situation?

    I emailed the support team yesterday, and they replied that they will be looking into the request. But afterwards, I got no other response so I want to know that how much time does the team take for response?
