Researcher account not working

Hello --

I have a NASA researcher account and able to login fine. But when trying to download data - basemap or image I have no success at all. No options show up whatsoever so there is nothing to chose from!

Using the new ArcGIS Pro 2.0 plugin and ArcGIS Pro 2.7.
