Accessing imagery using my Education and Research license

Hi there,

I have been using Planet for a number of years, having had an Education and Research License approved when I started my PhD. However, the last two times I have logged in it is telling me I need to purchase access to imagery - can you help with this please?

  I think I have the same issue.  I recently got the welcome for E&R program and the unique link to activate.  However, every time I want to download something from RapidEye, I get the "Purchase access" message.
