i cant Download any image in my Education and Research Program Account

I have a Education and Research Program Account,That I had not used it for a long time

today i want to I download information satellite images,and is asking my to buy the images 

how can  Get re-access to the download images for Acadamic research?

  Today I've got the same message about only Purchase Assess to 4-band PlanetScope scenes in my Education and research program account.

  Is any possibility to re-assess PlanetScope data for academic research in my account?
