viewing clarity

The area I'm viewing as a free trial user is very unclear compared to other on-line products when zooming in.  (I put in an address to locate an area.)  What is the process to get clarity?  The product is of no use at this point.

    Hello Brian,

    When viewing imagery in Planet Explorer the resolution is not the same as it is when the imagery is downloaded. The reason for this is to prevent performance degradation while working in Explorer. The trial does not allow image download, but if you would like to see production imagery for your specific use case we have our sales team contact you to provide a more detailed demonstration.
