Don't have any downloading quota with edu account.

Dear Planet Team,

    I am a assosiated professor. I have registered my account with my university email address and I have applied the education and research program. While I am try to follow the instruction "Downloading Imagery with Data API ",  to download the RE image, I got the feedback txt in redding.tiff file:

"{"general": [{"message": "Download quota has been exceeded."}], "field": {}}"

Dose it means my registration of researcher account failed, or I have to wait somebody's approval.
