The requirements for SkySat Tasking AOIs are as follows:
- No holes in the polygon
- No multi-part polygons - only single-part polygons
- Maximum 500 vertices per polygon
- Minimum AOI size is 25 km2
- Maximum AOI size is 500 km2.
If there is a need to ingest larger areas of interest, kindly contact your Customer Support Manager at Planet for assistance. The CSMs will collaborate with the user to ingest the required data in the Tasking Dashboard.
