If you're searching for imagery and you're interested in the exact timestamp of when imagery was captured, you can click on any result in the list (click the little arrow on the right) and you will see additional info on the image.
If you then continue to click on the small 'i' logo on the right side, you can have a look at the metadata. On the top, it will say the exact date and time when an image was acquired. The time an image was acquired is always shown in UTC time.
