The Spectral Analysis tool in Planet Explorer is only available for Surface Reflectance Basemaps. Surface Reflectance Basemaps are Select Basemaps which means they are specifically created for a customer. Access to those Basemaps needs to be purchased and it not included in a standard Global Basemaps plan.
