Usage Report Field Definitions

Downloads:

Date: 

Date of the download or stream recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).   

User Email: 

The email address of the user downloading or streaming the Planet resources. 

Organization Name:

Name of the organization.

Plan ID: 

ID of the plan the usage is associated with .

Item Type: 

An item_type represents the class of spacecraft and/or processing level of an item. All items have an associated item_type. Each item_type has a specific list of assets_types that can be derived from the item's source data.  For more information refer to Planet API Documentation. 

Download Area (sq km): 

The total area of imagery downloaded, measured in square kilometers.

Quota Used (sq km): 

The quota charged for imagery downloaded, measured in square kilometers.  Quota Used may be greater for imagery where minimum quota charge is enforced for Medium Resolution Premium and Preferred download plans.  

Streming:

date: 

Date of the download or stream recorded in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).   

subscription_id: 

ID of the plan the usage is associated with.

type:

Type of the tiles consumed (Ex. basemaps, scenes). 

tile_views:

The number of tiles streamed by the user or organization.  

email: 

The email address of the user streaming the Planet resources.
