If you applied for the Education & Research Program it could take up to 3 weeks to receive a decision. Please ensure you've signed up using your university email address otherwise you will be rejected. If you have previously been approved and your plan has expired, simply send an email to the support team requesting an extension.
Please do not sign up for a trial account with your university address to submit a request as this causes a conflict which will prevent your account from being provisioned or accessible. You can email the support team directly with your request from your university account.
