To cancel your active plan for the Planet Insights Platform go to the Account/My Plan & Products tab. The link will take you to your active plan where you can click on the link to “View order”.
Click on the link “Revoke subscription” and confirm your choice. Your status will be changed to “revoked” and the plan canceled.
If you decide to cancel, you’ll be able to access Platform’s premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not offer refunds for canceled plans.
