Requesting Download Link Images

Dear Planet team,

I have a planet developer trial program License can not download any scenes. I checked and the trial program should also be allowed to download 4-band PlanetScope Scenes but it does not seem to work for me. I can request the available images within certain filters but not the download link

I would be very glad to receive some help with this issue!
